Acceptable Use Policy — Sazón It

Version 1.0 — Effective as of July 13, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") defines the conduct permitted and prohibited when using Sazón It (the app and website, the "Service"), owned by Sazón It ("Kyno"). It forms part of the Terms and Conditions; capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given to them in the Terms. Breach of this Policy may result in the limitation, suspension, or cancellation of your access (see §5).

1. General principle

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, in a lawful and respectful manner and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for your activity and for the content you input (for example, queries to the AI features).

2. Prohibited conduct — use of content

You may not, nor assist or enable third parties to:

  • Copy or redistribute the catalog, recipes, text, images, narrations, or data, in whole or in part, beyond the permitted personal use.
  • **Extract or scrape** content in a bulk or automated manner (bots, crawlers, scripts), or systematically download images, audio, or data.
  • Resell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or its content.
  • Use the content to train machine learning models or build a competing product or service.
  • Remove or alter intellectual property notices, watermarks, or attributions.

3. Prohibited conduct — technical security and integrity

You may not:

  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security measures, usage limits (rate limits), advertising, authentication, or access controls for Premium features (including credits and quotas).
  • Perform reverse engineering, decompile, or disassemble the software, except to the extent that mandatory law permits.
  • Introduce malware, malicious code, or carry out attacks (brute force, denial of service, injection, unauthorized fuzzing).
  • Access without authorization accounts, systems, data, or non-public parts of the Service, or test for vulnerabilities without prior written permission.
  • Overload the infrastructure, abusively automate requests, or circumvent quotas.
  • Use another person's credentials, impersonate others, create accounts in an automated manner or with false data, or falsify your location for location-based features.

4. Prohibited conduct — content and AI features

When using the AI Chef or "What are you cooking today?" (see the AI Notice), you may not:

  • Input sensitive personal data or data about third parties without a legal basis.
  • Generate or attempt to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexual involving minors, violent, or that infringes the rights of third parties.
  • Seek medical, legal, financial, or safety advice to make critical decisions based solely on the AI (the AI is not a substitute for a professional).
  • Attempt to extract system instructions, manipulate the model (prompt injection), or abuse credits through automation.
  • Use AI outputs in a way that misleads others as to their automated origin where the law requires transparency.

5. Consequences

We may, with or without notice depending on the severity and applicable law: issue warnings; apply technical limits; suspend or cancel accounts or access; remove content; and, where appropriate, report to the authorities. We reserve the right to take legal action for the damages caused. Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund, unless the law or the store's policy provides otherwise.

6. Reports

To report abuse, infringing content, or security vulnerabilities, write to us at contact@kynodevs.com (or contact@kynodevs.com for intellectual property claims — see the DMCA / Intellectual Property Policy).

7. Changes

We may update this Policy; we will publish the version in force together with its date.
